The Autofirst Network is affiliated to The Motor Ombudsman, an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider (ADR) who can provide an impartial view in the unlikely event that a servicing or pricing issue arises. The Motor Ombudsman provides a self-regulatory environment for the automotive industry using its Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI)-approved Motor Industry Codes of Practice.
